The primary purpose of the Association is to unite independent pet bereavement counsellors throughout the UK and Eire. The associations main strength is to raise awareness of the invaluable service pet bereavement counsellors provide to grieving pet owners. We will achieve this through promotion and advertising, thus putting pet bereavement counsellors at the heart of the growing need for knowledgeable and understanding specialists in this field.
The association will promote the standardisation and best practices for all its members. We will give pet bereavement counsellors a voice to promote their business and the wealth of experience they have to offer pet owners facing the loss of their companion animals.
